dreamy oats

A dream blend oats recipe to feed that late night hunger and to support a restful sleep. Brought to you by Sammy Moniz of @FeedingtheFrasers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashion oats, pulsed in a food processor until halfway broken down
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp flakey salt
  • 210ml beam dream

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, milk, bananas, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla and salt. Divide between 7 4oz mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Before bed, stir in 1 serving of beam and top with chia/cardamom cashew butter

Ingredients

  • 8 oz roasted unsalted cashews
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch flakey salt

Directions

Pulse in food processor until smooth. Taste and adjust salt to taste.
