senior data analyst

in this role, you will be responsible for embedding yourself into cross-functional teams across the business in order to turn data into information, information into insights, and insights into key business decisions that steer the strategic direction of the company. the right candidate is a self-starter who can become a proactive driver of infrastructure and analytical improvements in order to develop and scale our data infrastructure, and ultimately change the way the company interacts with data.

what you’ll do

  • partner with team to design, develop + deliver robust and scalable reporting automation
  • define data systems and tools with product and engineering to produce revenue dashboards and other business intelligence reports
  • provide daily revenue insights to the finance and executive team
  • develop scalable reporting solutions for non-finance stakeholders
  • simplify complex problems + huge data sets to extract non-obvious insights

director of influencer + partnerships

in this role, you will strategize and execute campaigns with macro/celebrity influencers and athletes, working in both a high-level strategic and task-oriented capacity. this is an opportunity to make a big impact in one of our fastest-growing acquisition channels, influencer marketing.

this role is perfect for you if you are a passionate and relationship-oriented influencer marketing professional and are excited to leverage your experience to grow this channel in a strategic, fun, and innovative environment.

what you’ll do

  • play a critical role in creating brand-aligned and high-conversion influencer strategies using our influencer platforms (Grin)
  • manage influencer campaign processes including, but not limited to, sourcing talent, negotiating offers, managing budgets, payments, invoicing and evaluating performance
  • deeply analyze and report out on campaign performance to optimize future campaigns; lead the team in analytics and reporting best practices
  • proactively suggest new sourcing strategies to support team goals
  • build and maintain strong relationships with agents, influencers, cross-functional teams, and peers

 

who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing for a DTC brand (preferably CPG); experience with macro and celebrity influencers strongly preferred
  • have a track record of working directly with like-minded brand partners and influencers, specifically working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools
  • proficient in data analytics and excel; track record of leveraging insights to optimize campaigns
  • confidence in speaking directly with influencers and agents
  • strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills
  • sought-after collaborator with established industry relationships, both at the highest levels as well as the newly influential
  • ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks and responsibilities

in this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the growth, retention, design and technology teams spending 50% of your time on website design and 50% of your time on email design.

what you’ll do

  • creatively solve development problems and translate technical requirements and mockups into site features/improvements
  • implement new digital technologies and development techniques that help achieve company goals/business objectives
  • perform ongoing website maintenance including functional changes to our ecommerce store
  • deliver the best technical implementations for acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • design, develop, modify, implement, and support software features anywhere in the stack, and determine root cause for the most complex software issues

 

who you are

  • has 2+ years of professional experience in building websites within the shopify and/or recharge platforms
  • has a solid understanding and proficiency in coding semantic HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and maintainable/scalable CSS
  • understanding of conversion rate optimization or data-driven product development (analytics, a/b testing, etc.)
  • has experience integrating dynamic content solutions with API services
  • has experience with version control
  • has experience scoping complex development solutions, oftentimes without all the required information
  • is organized and can manage several projects at one time
