where does beam ship?

We ship to all 50 states.

how long will it take for my order to ship?

Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm ET will be processed the next business day. Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number. Selecting expedited shipping will not decrease the order processing time.

can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

What’s your return policy?

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. But, if you change your mind about your order, please email hello@beamtlc.com with your order number and which products you’re looking to return (or call us at 833-307-BEAM). We’re happy to offer you a refund within 30 days of initial purchase date. We can also provide guidance if you’d like to try another one of our products instead.

Legality

Do your products contain THC?

No. We use a patented technology to remove any THC found in the hemp extract we use to make our products.. So, all of Beam’s products are THC-free and will not get you high.

What is the difference between CBD and marijuana?

CBD and marijuana are both types of cannabis. Marijuana contains THC, which causes a high and is what makes marijuana a controlled substance in some states. CBD contains negligible amounts of THC. Beam products undergo a patented process which removes even those trace amounts of THC from our products.

Do I need a marijuana card or a doctor’s prescription to use beam products?

No. You don’t need permission from a doctor to purchase it or use it.

Are beam’s products legal throughout the united states?

Yes. All of Beam’s products can be shipped to all 50 U.S. States.

Can I travel on a plan with beam products?

Yes. Since all of Beam’s products are THC-free, you can travel freely with them.

Will taking CBD lead to a positive drug test?

Drug tests are set up to screen for THC, the psychoactive substance found in marijuana. Since CBD doesn’t contain THC, your drug test will not be positive (as long as you’re not using marijuana or other substances simultaneously).

What kind of analysis is performed on your products?

All of Beam’s products are tested in-house and by third-party labs to ensure that the right concentration of cannabinoids is present and that every item we sell is THC-free.

How are beam products different from other CBD products?

Many CBD products in the marketplace are made using CBD isolate, which excludes some of the beneficial compounds naturally found in hemp. Beam products are different because they use full spectrum CBD, meaning they contain a combination of cannabinoids, terpenes and other beneficial compounds.

Do beam products have an expiration date?

CBD itself doesn’t expire, but depending on which product you’re using, some other ingredients may cause our products to have a shelf life. Please see the expiration dates on each package for more info.

How should I store my beam products?

All of our products can be stored at room temperature.

Where is the hemp used in beam grown?

Hemp is farmed all over the world, including 40 of the United States. We source the hemp used in Beam’s products from Colorado.

Are beam products organic?

The hemp used in our products is grown organically. Our CBD-Powdered Protein Bars are made with organic ingredients.

Are beam products gluten-free?

Yes, our products are gluten-free.

Are beam products vegan?

Our blends and tinctures are vegan. The Fixer, our salve, is not vegan because it’s made with beeswax.

What is TLC?

TLC stands for “Tender Loving Care.”

What’s CBD?

CBD is an abbreviation for cannabidiol. It’s one of many phytocannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Unlike marijuana, it includes no psychoactive molecules.

What’s CBD oil?

CBD oil is a natural essential oil extracted from the flowers and leaves of the cannabis plant. It’s the ingredient we use to infuse CBD into our products.

How does CBD work?

When CBD enters the body, it imitates neurotransmitters, the molecules that send messages between our neurons. Specifically, CBD imitates endocannabinoids, which we produce naturally in our bodies.
